At RandoArtissimo, we are dedicated to the quality of our 3D-printed creations and personalized gifts. If you aren't completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days after the delivery of your item to request a return.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused.

  • All original tags (if applicable) must be attached.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

  1. Request Approval: Email us at info@RandoArtissimo.com to initiate your return request. Items sent back to us without a prior request will not be accepted.

  2. Shipping: The customer is responsible for providing return shipping costs. We will provide instructions on where to send your package once your request is approved.

  3. Address: Please send your authorized returns to info@RandoArtissimo.com and a return label will be printed for you.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Contact us right away if the 3D-printed item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, some items are ineligible for return:

  • Custom/Personalized Items: Any product that has been custom-made, personalized with names or specific details, or produced as a special order cannot be returned.

  • Perishable Goods: (e.g., plants or flowers).

  • Hazardous Materials: We cannot accept returns for flammable liquids, gases, or hazardous materials.

  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as "final sale" cannot be returned or cancelled.

  • Gift Cards: These are non-returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same eligibility requirements regarding item condition and packaging apply.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Note: Your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time to post the refund to your account.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your funds, please contact us at info@RandoArtissimo.com.
