There are plenty of tools online where you can upload an image, click a button, and get whatever comes out the other side. That works for speed. But for us, speed is not the main point.

The best outcome is:

When you send us an image for a lithophane or custom light piece, we don’t treat it like a file in a queue. We look at it properly. Is the contrast right? Will key details get lost? Is there a better crop? Would a different orientation make it glow better? If we think your result can be improved, we’ll tell you and suggest what to change.

That human step is the difference:
